DON’T EAT:

  • Spelt

Seed Oils-

  • Safflower
  • Sunflower
  • Corn
  • Cottonseed
  • Sesame
  • Peanut
  • Soybean
  • Canola
  • Walnut
  • Flaxseed

Sugar-

  • Cane sugar
  • Beet sugar
  • Fructose
  • High Fructose Corn Syrup
  • Agave
  • Sucrose
  • Turbinado

Toxins-

  • Soy in all forms
  • Artificial Sweeteners
  • MSG and other additives
  • Pesticides, Herbicides, Chemicals [Choose Organic]
  • Beans and Legumes, especially if unsprouted
  • Anything hydrogenated
  • Anything processed [in a box]

EAT THIS:

Pastured and grass-fed animals- 

  • Cow
  • Pig
  • Bison
  • Sheep
  • Chicken
  • Duck
  • Rabbit
  • Eggs

Organic Grass-fed dairy-

  • Butter
  • Cheese
  • Milk
  • Yogurt
  • Kefir
  • Ghee

Wild Fish and Seafood, (especially oily fish)-

  • Salmon
  • Trout
  • Herring
  • Sardines
  • Mackerel
  • Shrimp
  • Scallops
  • Mussels
  • Clams

Veggies and Fruits-

  • Seasonal, Local, Organic is best
  • Fruit in moderate amounts

Healthy Fats-

  • Coconut Oil- cooking
  • Palm Oil- cooking
  • Ghee- cooking
  • Pastured Animal Fat- cooking
  • Olive Oil- low or non heat applications
  • Butter- low or non heat applications

Raw and Cultured Foods and Drinks

Naturally fermented saurkraut, pickles, kefir, yogurt, etc.
